Assessment & Referral, consisting of an individual meeting between a registered nurse and the patient and family, is offered at no charge to determine the appropriate treatment level of care. Assessments are reviewed with a board-certified psychiatrist who will make treatment recommendations, always advising the least restrictive level of care.

Residential Treatment or Extended Care referrals will involve additional information regarding previous mental health treatment, current status and agency involvement. Patient information is reviewed with the Medical Director to determine the best treatment option for the child. Please call the assessment and referral department to discuss the placement need.
